A Virtual Assistant is remote partner who can support you with a wide range of business administration tasks, including calendar management, inbox management, invoicing, data entry, research, customer support, and social media scheduling. Furthermore, I also offer technical support, project management, web development, website maintenance, cybersecurity, and web hosting services.

Rates are available here. Ad hoc services are billed after the fact with a minimum of 1 hour required, and thereafter in 15-minute increments. Retainer packages are tracked in 6-minute blocks and remain valid for one calendar month, with the option to roll over unused time for up to one additional month. Retainer payments are made in advance to ensure seamless service.

Standard communication is conducted via Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet, depending on your preference. For most collaboration, we use email and Google Docs to ensure smooth document sharing and real-time editing. If a task requires specialist software, I’m happy to work with the tools that best suit your needs. You’ll also have access to a working calendar where you can easily book a call whenever needed.

I operate as a registered business in Spain and am fully IVA (sales tax) registered. Additionally, I am fully insured, ensuring peace of mind for both you and your business. This structure allows me to work with clients across the EU and beyond in a professional and compliant manner.
